Terms of Service

1. The service

IAM-Token (“the Service”) is an AI routing gateway that directs your prompts to third-party model providers and bills on a Pay-per-Saving basis. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials and API keys secure. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

3. Plans, billing & Pay-per-Saving

  • Subscription fees are billed in advance per the plan you select.
  • Usage is billed in real time: for Managed keys we charge provider cost plus a 20% Pay-per-Saving fee on demonstrated savings; for BYOK we charge a 50% Pay-per-Saving fee and you pay providers directly.
  • Prepaid wallet balances are consumed by usage and are non-refundable (see Refund Policy).
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method for fees and any auto-recharge you enable.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, attempt to bypass billing or rate limits, or violate the usage policies of the underlying model providers.

5. Third-party providers

Requests are routed to third-party providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) under their own terms. We do not train our own models on your Inputs or Outputs. Details are in the Privacy Policy. We do not take an irrevocable license to sell or commercially reuse your content.

6. Termination & deletion

You may close a personal account from Settings; it enters a 30-day grace period during which you can restore it, after which data is permanently deleted. Business accounts are closed via support. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms or fail payment.

7. Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is.” Model outputs may be inaccurate; you are responsible for reviewing them. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior three months.

8. Data protection (UK / US / EU organizations)

If you use the Service for an organization, the Data Processing Addendum is incorporated into these Terms. It covers UK GDPR, EU GDPR, and US state privacy laws (including CCPA/CPRA service-provider terms). The Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Subprocessors list also apply. Consumer accounts are covered by the Privacy Policy alone.
